Project Management and System Implementation

SDS will oversee the delivery of the selected system to ensure
that it meets the stated specification.
An Initial Walkdown will be conducted with the vendor and the client to
review all system elements before the vendor starts the work. SDS will periodically inspect the
installation to confirm progress and will call for a final inspection and
test at the completion of the installation.
SDS will certify the installation in relation to the specification and
permit the vendor to release the system to the client only when the system
has successfully past the acceptance test. SDS will assist the user in the implementation of the installed
products. Implementation includes, but is not be limited to, compiling
programming tables, setting camera pre-sets and other administrative
decisions required for system use. |
