SDS is a system consulting and project
management company. The fees charged
to our clients are for professional hours expended on behalf of clients in system
design, product acquisition and project management. SDS does not sell products or services
except for consulting hours as described above. We are not affiliated with suppliers of any kind, as this would
be a conflict of interest in objectively choosing the right products and
services to meet specified requirements. |
Billing

SDS provides monthly billing for all
work complete in the prior month.
Accompanying each bill is an itemized statement describing the project
for which the work was done, the time spent on the project and (if
applicable) the Strategic Partner doing the work. Also accompanying each monthly
statement is a project status report so the client is fully aware of the
progress of the project and the time remaining before results are ready. |
Rates

Fixed hourly rates are applied in situations where there
is an indefinite scope of work in the design, documentation or on-site
management of a client's system. Fixed
hourly rates may also be applied on work done that is not included in fixed
price projects with a predefined scope of work. In addition to the base rate, the client will be billed for any
out-of-pocket expenses associated with project work. Negotiated
price contracts are based on a fixed scope of work for a given project. All costs except travel and per diem
expenses are included in a fixed price contract. Other work performed outside the stated scope of work on the
same or a related project will be billed at the fixed hourly rate. |
