That's right! We can boil live crawfish, and prepare traditional - authentic - award winning - South Louisiana cooking in YOUR hometown. Or prepare Seafood File Gumbo, Jambalaya, Alligator Sauce Picquante, Cochon du Lait, or Turtle Soup in Your-Home-Town, USA.

We are completely mobile; we own our large propane tanks, burners, stoves and trailered Bar-B-Que pit.

We have been Louisiana's boiled crawfish ambassadors in 7 states. (And we are negotiating with a firm to travel to Japan next year!!!)

Cajun weddings, family reunions, corporate parties, and Mardi Gras celebrations are all available!!
