Rehearsal Parties are a speciality of Custom Catering:
Rehearsals are a great opportunity for the bride and groom's families to become closer. Also, good friends and guests from out of town can enjoy the company of the loving couple.

Our parties can either be planned as:

A mini wedding reception, with passed hors d'ouevres, Chef's stations, complete open bars or....
A stand-up buffet with salad, entrees, veggies and desserts or....
A traditional sit-down dinner with waiters and wine service. or....
A party of your own design (Seafood boil, Cajun Fais DoDo, or... whatever!!!!)

We can provide our acclaimed off-premise capabilities in the comfort of your home or at many of the interesting and varied locations in the New Orleans area.
